About Me

I'm a reporter at The Wall Street Journal and a member of its News Associates program for early-career journalists. I write code, dig through documents and use other investigative journalism methods to tell stories.

My reporting often requires some combination of data analysis, web scraping, archival resarch and working with sensitive sources. I increasingly use LLMs to help me extract structured data and help with other exploratory work.

Before starting at The Journal, I worked at the Center for Advancing Health Policy Through Research, a nonpartisan healthcare research center. Before that, I worked at New York Public Radio. You can find my past work in Health Affairs, JAMA, The Boston Globe, Gothamist and WNYC.

I graduated in 2025 from Brown University, where I tried seven majors before settling on statistics and public health. But I spent most of my time working for our school paper, The Brown Daily Herald.

I grew up on Long Island and now live in Brooklyn.
